What we collect
CartNerve only collects runtime telemetry required for anomaly detection and root cause analysis. This includes CPU usage, memory pressure, response times, and error rates.
Zero Code Access: Our agent SDK never reads, stores, or transmits your actual source code. We monitor the pulse of your services, not the content of your logic.
Security First
All data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. Our agents use scoped, short-lived tokens to communicate with the CartNerve core engine.
We perform regular third-party security audits and maintain strict access controls (RBAC) to ensure that only authorized HealBot processes can interact with your telemetry streams.
Your Rights
You have the right to export your telemetry history, request data deletion, and audit our open-source agent SDK at any time. We comply with GDPR and CCPA standards by default.
